What to expect at your first meeting

It's an open discussion meeting — anyone can attend, whether or not you're sure you have a drinking problem. Come a few minutes early if you can.

You'll be muted on arrival. Near the start you'll be invited to introduce yourself by first name only if you're new; there's no pressure to speak. A host reads a short script, someone shares a topic, and then the meeting opens for anyone who wants to share for a few minutes.
